My career began in web development and digital experience and evolved into enterprise operations, transformation, and executive advisory leadership. That progression taught me to understand both the technical details of how work moves and the organizational realities that determine whether change succeeds.

Today, I serve as Chief of Staff to the Head of Marketing at a large national healthcare organization. I help leaders translate enterprise priorities into operating models, integrated plans, governance, investment decisions, and coordinated execution.
